The device can be used in various industrial sectors, municipal and agricultural branches.
The device ensures performance of the following functions:
• Temperature measurement by means of four independent channels using the standard sensors;
• Temperature control according to proportional-integral-derivative control law (PID-law), with output key element (relay);
• Two-position temperature control;
• Displaying of the current measured temperature value on the built-in LED-digital indicator;
• Transfer to the computer of measured temperature values controlled by the sensors using standard Modbus RTU protocol;
• Detection of open-circuit or short-circuit in the lines of the connected sensors;
• Digital filtering and correction of measured temperature values;
• Programming using the push-buttons on the front panel and through PC;
• Saving of the settings when power is OFF;
• Protection of the settings from unauthorized changes.
Temperature relay TР-101 is equipped with universal power supply and can operate at any voltage from 24 V to 260 V, regardless of the polarity.
